Operator and contact

ChaTutor is a NEXT11 LLP platform; FlowSoul and enjoYoga are brands that run on it. NEXT11 LLP sells the products, collects payments and is the party you contract with. NEXT11 LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales, number OC461585, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Support, complaints and rights requests: hola@next11.co.

Service, account and children

We offer educational content, progress, an optional journal and an artificial intelligence tutor. One ChaTutor account works across brands. Each course purchase belongs to its creator; ChaTutor Plus provides tutoring in courses you can access and opens the Library while active. Availability and access follow each offer; an information page does not activate payments or guarantee availability in your country.

The minimum age for independent registration is 16, where local law permits. If you are under 16, your parent or legal guardian must contact hola@next11.co before creating an account: access can only be admitted after we verify their authorization and that local law allows it. There is no automated parental-consent signup. If you lack legal capacity to contract or pay, your legal representative must act for you. Do not send identity documents unless we provide an appropriate channel.

Provide accurate details and protect your credentials. Do not share your account or upload others’ material without permission. We may restrict fraudulent, unlawful or security-threatening use; we will explain the reason and how to complain unless law or security prevents this. Applicable refund rights remain intact.

AI tutor and wellbeing

You interact with an AI system grounded in the creator’s work, not the author or anyone speaking on their behalf. AI recreations of an author are likewise AI-generated and are not the author. It can make mistakes, omit facts or invent information. We do not infer a mastery percentage or guarantee learning or health outcomes. Check important information.

The tutor is not a therapist. ChaTutor and its brands provide no therapy, diagnosis or medical advice, do not replace psychological, psychiatric or medical care, are not an emergency service and do not guarantee human monitoring of your conversations. In immediate danger, contact emergency services or a local crisis line: in Spain, 024 (suicide-prevention line) or 112; elsewhere, your local emergency number.

Synthetic voice and voice notes

Spoken tutor responses and some narration use an AI-generated synthetic voice: they are not a live human intervention or evidence that the author spoke those words. Sending a voice note means its audio is processed for transcription. Additional use of tone and rhythm is explained in Privacy and can be changed in My Account. Voice inferences can be wrong and are not a diagnosis.

Payments, renewal and cancellation

Stripe processes available payments. Price, currency, applicable taxes, billing period and access conditions are shown before purchase confirmation. One-time purchases grant the access stated in the offer. Memberships renew automatically for the purchased period until canceled.

Cancel in My Account → Manage subscription, through Stripe’s portal, before the next renewal. Access continues until the paid period ends. If the portal is unavailable, email hola@next11.co. Requesting account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription; also request cancellation. We do not retrospectively change the price of a paid period. Price or renewal changes will be communicated before taking effect, with the opportunity to cancel.

Digital content withdrawal and refunds

Where EU/EEA or UK consumer law gives you a withdrawal right, you can exercise it within 14 days of entering the contract, without giving a reason, by emailing hola@next11.co with your purchase email and details identifying the purchase. A clear statement is enough; our own form is not required. We will refund amounts due within 14 days of your notice using the original payment method unless another valid arrangement is agreed.

For immediately accessible digital content, that right is lost only where all legal requirements are met: prior express consent to supply during those 14 days, express acknowledgment of losing the right, and contract confirmation on a durable medium. Where the checkout offers it, you will be asked to expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the statutory withdrawal right once download or streaming begins; the voluntary guarantee below still applies. Accepting these terms or opening a lesson is not that consent. The current checkout does not collect that separate authorization: we do not treat accessing the content as a loss of your withdrawal right. Where a purchase legally constitutes a service, its service withdrawal rules apply; the digital content exception does not automatically apply.

We also offer a voluntary commercial guarantee for one-off purchases (for example, a single book at 4.99 or the 7 Days of Morning Clarity course at 19): request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not gone beyond chapter 2 of the book or day 2 of the course. That limit does not restrict statutory withdrawal or remedies for defective, nonconforming or undelivered content. For ChaTutor Plus, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of that payment by emailing hola@next11.co. This guarantee applies once to the first subscription payment. You can cancel Plus at any time from My Account; afterwards, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and access continues until then, without prejudice to withdrawal, billing errors and mandatory rights. In the US and LATAM, cancellation and refund rights under the law applicable to your purchase remain protected.

Content, messages and memory

NEXT11 LLP or its licensors retain platform and content rights. You receive a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license during your purchased access. Your journals, reflections and messages remain yours; you authorize processing only to provide requested functions under the Privacy Policy. Manage guide memory and request your data or deletion in My Account or by email.

Creators

Creators are responsible for the content they publish and warrant that they hold the necessary rights to texts, audio, images and other material, and that its use on ChaTutor does not infringe third-party rights. ChaTutor, operated by NEXT11 LLP, is the platform that sells, collects payments and pays creators out. Each creator approves what their AI tutor says (instructions, sources and limits), although individual replies are generated automatically.

Revenue share: on direct sales of books or courses, 70% goes to the creator and 30% to the platform. For subscriptions such as ChaTutor Plus, revenue forms a pool distributed among creators by each creator's share of usage of their content. Both shares are calculated net of taxes and payment fees. A separate creator agreement may set payout timing, reporting and other terms; where they conflict, that agreement prevails for the creator relationship.

Liability, governing law and complaints

The law of England and Wales governs these terms, always preserving mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Nothing requires you to give up courts or complaint procedures available under local law. We impose no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or AI accuracy. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or your protected rights concerning breach, nonconformity, fraud or negligence. Send complaints to hola@next11.co. Changes will carry a new version, and material changes will be notified before taking effect; renewed acceptance will be sought where required without reducing acquired rights.
